Shipping fees and promotion

Delivery is available throughout the Philippines. A one-item order has a fixed ₱80 shipping fee. Orders containing two or more total items receive free shipping. The cart applies this automatically before checkout.

Estimated delivery times

These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Courier conditions, remote locations, weather, and holidays may extend delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is the only payment method. Please prepare the full amount shown in your order confirmation and keep your mobile number reachable for courier updates.

Accurate address requirements

Enter your house or unit number, street, barangay, city or municipality, province, postal code, and a useful landmark where needed. Perfume Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery fails because the recipient cannot be reached, refuses the parcel, or supplies an incomplete address, contact us promptly. Redelivery is subject to courier availability and may require an additional delivery fee.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label, parcel condition, and affected item. We will review the report and provide the appropriate resolution.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations are possible only before an order has been prepared or handed to the courier. Send your order number and request through our official Facebook Page or contact details immediately. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
