This policy explains how Perfume Alchemy handles information submitted through perfumealchemyph.com and related website addresses.

Information we collect

When you order, we collect your full name, mobile number, complete delivery address, selected products, quantities, optional notes, order totals, order number, and order date and time. Basic technical records may also be processed for security and reliable website operation.

How we use information

• To validate, record, confirm, prepare, deliver, and support orders.
• To contact you about an order, delivery question, failed delivery, or requested change.
• To prevent misuse and maintain accurate business records.

Browser storage, cookies, and optional Meta analytics

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser using local storage so it remains available while you shop. The protected admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. If you choose “Allow analytics,” our website loads the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, items added to the bag, checkout starts, and recorded orders. Meta may use cookies or similar browser identifiers and process your browser and interaction information under its own terms. When you allow analytics, completed website orders may also be sent securely through Meta's Conversions API so purchases are measured when browser tracking is unavailable. Order value, currency, item identifiers and quantities are sent with a unique order event ID. Normalized contact matching fields such as name, mobile number and postal code are cryptographically hashed before being sent to Meta; delivery addresses, notes and payment credentials are not sent. A Cash on Delivery order event means an order was placed, not that it was delivered and paid. We store your analytics choice in your browser, and store an order-number marker to avoid counting the same browser order twice. If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded by our website.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and the D1 order database. Brevo processes transactional order-notification emails. PayMongo securely processes optional online payments; Perfume Alchemy does not receive or store complete card numbers or wallet credentials. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your parcel. Meta provides optional advertising analytics and Messenger, each subject to Meta's privacy practices.

Data retention and security

Order information is retained only while reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access to the order dashboard is password-protected, secrets are kept in encrypted platform settings, and data is transmitted over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review or correct your order details, or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required. You may clear your browser's site data to remove the locally stored cart and analytics choice. Use “Analytics choices” in the website footer to change your preference; declining stops new Meta Pixel and Conversions API events. Messenger handoff is optional; your saved website order remains the official record.
